«Through digital shares, fans can become club owners».
The year of the corona virus posed financial challenges for the traditional club Hockey Club Ambrì-Piotta SA. Despite economic aid to help make up for the lack of income from hospitality, catering and ticketing in the 2020/21 season, the Leventine club is in a difficult economic situation.
In order to support the youth sector and to finance a competitive and prosperous future of the team, HCAP increases its capital by issuing digital shares through an “equity crowdfunding”. For this purpose, HC Ambrì Piotta issues 6’775 registered shares with a nominal value of 25 Swiss francs at 75 Swiss francs per share as uncertificated securities digitally via the daura platform. The 6’775 digital shares correspond to the capacity of the new stadium and the postal code of Ambrì.
